Who is eligible to vote?
Any U.S. citizen who is at least 18 years old by the time of the election and has registered with the Highland County Board of Elections is eligible to vote.
When is the registration deadline?
The registration deadline is OCTOBER 5th.
How can I register online?
You can register online through the official Highland County Board of Elections website. Simply provide your name, address, and date of birth to complete the registration process.
What are the voting hours?
Early voting hours in Highland County begin Tuesday, October 6 and continue through Sunday November 1st. Monday through Friday hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Saturday, October 31st, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and Sunday, November 1st, 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.  On Election Day, voting is open from 6:30 AM until 7:30 PM at the designated polling locations.
Can I vote by mail?
Yes, you can apply for a mail-in ballot. You must request your ballot by the deadline and return it by the postmark date to be counted.
